Bring your own mat.
Arrive anytime between 6-6:30pm arrive early and grab a delicious, handcrafted libation and we will get moving at 6:30p. Ends at 7:45pm

Feel free to bring any yoga props if you have them, otherwise we have a few props to loan out.
An all levels yoga class for angsty souls who need to let go some rage and some muscle tension. Class will be set to all types of metal music and each month is a different theme. Discover new bands, and new ways to move your body.
